Je ne pouvais pas me r\u00e9soudre \u00e0 vendre ma maison.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Et puis quoi encore?<\/em> Apr\u00e8s toutes ces r\u00e9f\u00e9rences que j&rsquo;ai faites dans mon dernier blogue? Non\u2026 je ne pouvais pas le faire.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans ce moment d\u00e9chirant, c&rsquo;est que mon choix de vendre a \u00e9t\u00e9 en partie <strong>influenc\u00e9<\/strong> par les <strong>prix records<\/strong> que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s hors de l&rsquo;\u00eele ont atteint au printemps. Ce que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert, c&rsquo;est que \u00abplus d\u2019argent\u00bb n&rsquo;est pas une raison suffisante pour prendre une d\u00e9cision qui change une vie.<\/p>\n<p>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que je progressais dans les t\u00e2ches (interminables) de pr\u00e9paration de ma maison, de peinture, de nettoyage, de jardinage, de triage et de d\u00e9barras&#8230; son caract\u00e8re a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9appara\u00eetre et la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 a regagn\u00e9 mon c\u0153ur pour une seconde fois. Et les innombrables commentaires de \u00ab<em>Nooooon! ne vendez pas<\/em>\u00bb qui me sont parvenus par le biais des m\u00e9dias sociaux et des e-mails, m&rsquo;ont fait prendre conscience de ce que cette maison repr\u00e9sente pour tant de personnes. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 (et est toujours) un havre de paix \u00e0 la fois pour moi, mais aussi pour d&rsquo;innombrables amis, pour la famille, pour les voyageurs et les inconnus depuis plusieurs d\u00e9cennies. Cela signifie quelque chose.<\/p>\n<p>Mon ami m\u2019a dit : \u00ab<em>Tu ne vends pas? C&rsquo;est la meilleure nouvelle que j&rsquo;ai entendue de l\u2019ann\u00e9e<\/em>\u00bb et je suis tout \u00e0 fait d&rsquo;accord. Dans plusieurs r\u00e9gions, nous voyons 1 ou 2 offres sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s au lieu de 12 ou 15, les r\u00e9ductions de prix sont de retour et de nombreuses maisons prennent <strong>plus de temps<\/strong> \u00e0 se vendre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 mon avis, c&rsquo;est le moment id\u00e9al pour faire des offres.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne peux pas pr\u00e9dire combien de temps cette accalmie va durer : la r\u00e9ouverture des fronti\u00e8res entra\u00eenera un plus grand nombre d&rsquo;acheteurs \u00e9trangers, la r\u00e9ouverture des entreprises en cas de pand\u00e9mie va tr\u00e8s probablement entra\u00eener une ru\u00e9e vers les pied-\u00e0-terre sur l&rsquo;\u00eele pour tous ceux qui ont achet\u00e9 des maisons de campagne \u00e0 plein temps et les inqui\u00e9tudes li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;inflation et aux taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat pousseront plus de gens vers des biens durables comme l&rsquo;immobilier. Mais \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle?
