Ce que les a\u00een\u00e9s des Blue Zones semblent avoir en commun, c&rsquo;est un mode de vie sain int\u00e9gr\u00e9 naturellement \u00e0 leur quotidien :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Ils bougent constamment au fil de la journ\u00e9e : marche, jardinage, visites, m\u00e9nage, cuisine, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Ils ont des habitudes de r\u00e9duction du stress ancr\u00e9es dans leur routine (m\u00e9ditation, pri\u00e8re, sieste, v\u00e9n\u00e9ration des anc\u00eatres\u2026 et Happy Hour !)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Ils ont un fort sentiment de but et de mission dans la vie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Ils entretiennent des liens \u00e9troits avec leurs proches et leurs amis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Leur alimentation est principalement v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, avec des glucides complets, un peu de vin (bonne nouvelle !), et ils mangent lentement et consciemment, en s&rsquo;arr\u00eatant avant d\u2019\u00eatre rassasi\u00e9s.
