Addenda

* The building is currently in the process of conversion to
a divided co-ownership (see DV) *

UNDIVIDED CO-OWNERSHIP: Financial institution with which
the buyer commits to obtain a loan: Caisse Desjardins De
Lasalle. Down payment: Minimum of 20%. Right of first
refusal as per clause 18 of the Undivided Agreement.

3.1 The third party will occupy as an exclusive party the
apartment located at 1686 St-André Street, being the third
floor. It will have the exclusive use of the space above
the roof of the building with the right to make
improvements therein in accordance with the city by-laws at
his expense. However, he shall be responsible for any
additional damages or costs that may arise from the
installation of a skylight, chimney or roof deck, including
the removal and reinstatement of said deck, in the event of
