Many of us will soon fall into the Sandwich Generation, and we would do well to prepare. In Quebec, as in the rest of Canada, there are few resources dedicated to supporting this critical segment of caregivers.

Our healthcare systems cannot afford to let these essential (and unpaid) caregivers fall into burnout—they are the backbone of the aging-at-home movement and help seniors maintain their dignity.

I am actively searching for online forums, websites, and support groups, as well as local organizations, to share with my community and clients. Any suggestions are most welcome!
